  • Your 60-minute session is a dedicated space to celebrate your uniqueness. We begin with a conversation to land in the present and explore your goals. From there, you’ll rest fully clothed on the table for a gentle touch—similar to a soft massage. As we weave together dialogue, movement, and touch, we’ll navigate your emotions and challenges, leaving you deeply connected to your body and ready to embrace your life.

  • True transformation is a process of unfolding. While a single session can bring immediate relief, a 5-session commitment allows us to dive deeper into your uniqueness. Welcome, my name is Hermance, a Pantarei Approach practitioner and coach dedicated to helping you feel at home in your own skin. With a foundation in Communication Science and years of training in Ayurveda, Yoga and Coaching, I view health as a conversation between your physical and emotional self.

I believe that relaxation is the gateway to clarity. By blending touch, movement, and dialogue, I guide you toward your personal goals and lasting well-being. My mission is simple: to share this knowledge with you so you can enjoy yourself and your life to the fullest.
