Terms and Conditions and Privacy

1. The Practice

Studio Rhei provides coaching and bodywork (Pantarei Approach) for personal development. These sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. You remain responsible for your own physical and mental well-being at all times.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

• 28-Hour Rule: Please cancel or reschedule at least 28 hours in advance. Cancellations within this window will be charged 100% of the fee to cover room rental and practitioner time.

• Late Arrival: If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next appointment.

3. Payment & Liability

Payment is due at the time of booking or immediately after the session. Studio Rhei is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation. By booking, you agree to inform the practitioner of any health conditions that may affect the session.

4. Privacy & Data (GDPR)

Your privacy is handled with care according to Dutch law:

• Data Use: I only collect the info needed to manage your bookings and payments (Name, Email, Phone).

• Confidentiality: Everything shared in a session is strictly confidential.

• Storage: Basic records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes.

• Your Rights: You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email hello@studiorhei.com for requests.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Amsterdam.
